I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in central Patna, and I must say, this place exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, right next to a Big Bazaar mall and close to the railway station. It was so convenient to have everything I needed within walking distance. The service was impeccable, with the room service staff being especially attentive and friendly. I would like to personally thank Mr. Amit Singh, the front office manager, for his exceptional service.

This place is a must-visit for everyone.

The hotel provided an early check-in and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was conveniently situated on a main road. The breakfast selection was decent.

The bathroom needed some renovation and there was some disturbance from the neighborhood. The lobby, passage, ceiling, carpet, and lifts needed some maintenance.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this centrally, located hotel. the staff was attentive and polite, especially Mr Amit at the front desk. the spacious rooms and bathrooms provided a luxurious feel, and the Bawarchi restaurant served mouth, watering food. the hotel had many facilities, including a well, furnished restaurant and friendly front office staff. We were impressed by the prompt room service and the beautiful view from our room's window.

The phone service for room service could have been more efficient.

The hotel had a great location near a large shopping area and was easy to access. the rooms were comfortable and provided good amenities, including a mini-fridge and a balcony with a nice view. the hotel also had friendly and helpful staff members who were available to assist us when we had questions.

the Wi-Fi connection was weak, which made it difficult to get work done or stay connected with friends and family back home.
